Edward Nagorsky is an experienced business and real estate lawyer based in Boca Raton, Florida where he supports clients of Williams, Graffeo & Stern, LLC.
Previously, Ed served as General Counsel to the National Kitchen & Bath Association where he led corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives, and served as Director of Legislative Affairs representing the Association before state and federal legislative bodies on public policy issues.
In addition, Ed was appointed by the Governor of the State of New Jersey as outside General Counsel to the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority during which time he represented that state agency in its contract negotiations with the New Jersey Devils, Nets, Giants and Jets, as well as the Miss America Pageant in Atlantic City, the Woman’s World Cup, its advertisers and concert promoters.
As an attorney in private practice, Ed has represented numerous midsized companies and banking institutions in a multitude of business matters and real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisition, financing, contract negotiation, and franchising.
Ed is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and is licensed in Florida.
