KEN KAPLAN
 

Ken Kaplan is a co-founder of Williams, Graffeo & Stern LLC. Ken has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of corporate and business law. He has served as in-house counsel to several corporations and has also worked at some of the top law firms in the tri-state area. Ken has extensive experience in all types of commercial transactions with a particular emphasis on technology, intellectual property, telecommunications and new media. Ken has completed more than one thousand transactions for businesses throughout the United States. He also routinely serves as lead counsel on complex acquisition and financing transactions including Mergers & Acquisitions and venture capital matters. Ken received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark; he also holds an M.A. in Computer Information Systems from University of Phoenix , and a B.A. from New York University.
